When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On June 24, 2013, at around 23:33, the Defendant driven a B SP car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.184% from the section of approximately 200 meters to the livestock product wholesale center located in the north repair of the relevant Eup in the Asia-si.
