A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant of the import of narcotics, etc., through a woman called “D”, intended to purchase MMA (one name “EX”; hereinafter “EXP”) and marijuana, which is a native mental medicine, from E, a seller of narcotics, etc. who works in the LA, located in the U.S., to bring them into the Republic of Korea via international mail.

Accordingly, around 10:19 on November 9, 2016, the Defendant requested the said “D” to purchase narcotics, such as X posters, at the domicile located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, 303 Dong 1601, and notified “D” to the said “D,” and paid the price by remitting KRW 3.620,000 to a post office account (G name H) that is a drug transaction account used by the said “D,” and around 19:00,000,000 in the international parcel from the U.S. and around 19:00 of the said month, E received the said amount from the above residence security room around the end of the said month.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported the instant “D”, “E”, and the instant plant, drug, and marijuana in collusion with E.

2. On August 2017, the Defendant purchased 40 U.S. dollars (40,000 won) from the “K” club located in the U.S. New Walls LA at the beginning of August 2017 to a local foreigner, with the intention of delivery of X posters 1.

3. Around 02:00 on December 23, 2016, the Defendant administered “M” club toilets located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, using it as a reflector, and continuously administering GHB 4-5 fences at the same place as at around 04:00 on the same day, by mixing GHB 4-5 fences with drinking water at the same place. By October 21, 2017, the Defendant administered X-si and GHB over 24 times, such as the one in the list of crimes attached to the attached Table 1.
