Punishment of the crime

"2018 Gohap 178, 2018 Gohap 225 Gohap (Joint)" (the Defendants) shall be included in the facts charged in each of the above cases by integrating and arranging them as one of the charges charged.

Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with the following narcotics:

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A, B, and C;

A. On September 201, 2017, Defendant B purchased and sent MDMA (one name X-si; hereinafter “X-si”) which is a local mental medicine at the P website, to the Defendant A, who was appointed as a military team in the remote area of Busan around September 2017.

Accordingly, Defendant B resided together with his family in the Busan's residential area, and was asked for the change by accepting the X-mail sent by Defendant A to the pro-friendly defendant C living in Seoul because it is difficult to receive the above X-mail. Defendant C consented. Defendant B knew his domicile to Defendant C.

Defendant

A, upon Defendant B’s request, access to the sales site of the French X-si located in Germany (hereinafter referred to as “U.S.”) and ordered the head of Qu-si (hereinafter referred to as “ Q”) and 601 “Seoul Songpa-gu and 601” in English.

According to the above order, Defendant A had a seller of an off-site X-si in Germany arrive at the Incheon International Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport through the first flight in the early 2017, which was concealed in the DVD case 21 in the X-si 21.

As a result, Defendant A, B, and C were imported from Germany to the Republic of Korea in collusion with the fact that X-gu 21 is a local mental medicine.

B. GHB 145.29g Import Defendant A had the intent to place an order for GHB (hereinafter “water mulberry”) which is a native mental medicine via the P website around November 2017 for the purpose of entering the United States and using it after entering the Republic of Korea, and Defendant B had the international mail containing narcotics.
