Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2014, at around 20:10, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 200 meters alcohol content 0.121% under the influence of alcohol from the 200-meter section to the front day of the said Eup’s Mad Green Mad Green Madul located within the same Eup.
