Punishment of the crime

The Defendant prepared to rent 133 units of the building located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon. However, the Defendant had expressed a mind that other people leased the above store and interfere with the operation of the wedding hall on the wind, including the victim E, who operated the "D wedding hall" on the 3 and 4th floor of the above building.
