Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for intimidation at the Seoul High Court on June 19, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was completed on September 1, 2015 at the Seoul Detention Center.
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendants A and B’s joint criminal acts (Interference with their duties) came to know from around three years prior to each other’s labor day.
