All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the legal marital relationship currently pending in the divorce lawsuit.

1) Defendant A

A. On November 12, 2017, the Defendant’s house at Sejong-si, 506-1103 of the Defendant’s apartment house, was in dispute with childcare issues, and the Defendant was in dispute with her head, 2) while disputing the Defendant, her head was faced with the Defendant’s head on the floor, and her head was assaulted by 10 times in drinking.

B. On January 21, 2018, around 19:00, at the same place, the Defendants her son ( South and North, 16 months after her her son), she 2) the Defendant her her son’s son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s her, her her son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s her son’s son’s her

2) Defendant B

A. On March 8, 2017, around 06:0, the Defendant committed an assault, such as the Defendant’s quipherbing C Apartment 506-103 subparag. 1) of the Defendant’s mobile phone and cutting off the Defendant’s mobile phone, 2) the Defendant’s mobile phone, and 1) the Defendant’s quiherbling that he/she would have to do so.

B. On July 14, 2017, around 22:20, at the same place, the Defendant 1) committed assault, such as having the Defendant 1 (i) in a dispute over the issue of asking the Defendant to repay the money borrowed from the pro-Japanese system.

(c)

On September 2, 2017, at the same place as the lower on September 2, 2017, an assault was committed by taking advantage of the Defendant’s scambling part of the dispute.

(d)

On November 12, 2017, around 07:30, at the same place, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s arms in a way of shouldering the Defendant’s face 10 times, against the Defendant’s face 2) on the floor.

2. Determination and conclusion

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On July 23, 2018, the prosecution of this case, Defendant B, and Defendant A, on July 24, 2018, expressed their intention not to want punishment for each other.
