1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A received an operation at Aju University Hospital established and operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Plaintiff B’s spouse, Plaintiff C, and D are children of Plaintiff A.
B. (1) On October 14, 2010, Plaintiff A received the instant surgery from the Defendant Hospital on the following grounds: (a) around October 14, 2010 due to a traffic accident, Plaintiff A received the instant surgery by using metal sagrails for the 1,2,3, and 4 occasions (hereinafter “first fixed operation”).
(2) On May 2, 2011, Plaintiff A was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital and removed a fixed object that was administered for the crypation from May 3, 201, by anesthesia around 17:55, and was charged to DBM (Deminationationation) which is a substitute for aggregate (hereinafter “instant operation”), and the said operation was completed on May 3, 201 at the end of 19:55 on May 3, 201.
C. (1) On May 3, 201, Plaintiff A moved from the recovery room to the sick room on or around 20:57, and on May 4, 2011, according to the result of the verification of food and clothing status on or around 02:30, the Defendant hospital’s medical team determined that it would be less than her from anesthesia, and that the Defendant hospital’s medical team was to observe the progress by no later than 0:0 am.
