Punishment of the crime

From December 18, 2015 to December 17, 2016, the Defendant violated Article 55-2 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence (Article 55-2 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence (Article 55-1, 2, and 3) with regard to intimidation against the victim, and the Defendant violated the victim protection order 3 (Prohibition of Access through Telecommunications under Article 2-1 of the Telecommunications Business Act with regard to the victim or his family members) by walking his cell phone from the victim’s cell phone at the second time on January 14, 2016.
