If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From the Incheon Family Court on September 19, 2019 to March 18, 2020, the Defendant stopped D vehicles for approximately 47 minutes in front of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, about 45 meters away from the victim’s residence, for the purpose of checking the victim’s residence at around 20:32 to 21:19.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the victim's access prohibition order within 100 meters from the victim's residence.
