A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Gohap 141"

1. On October 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-A-Wed-Wed-Wed-on car, and discovered that police officers were under drinking control at approximately 40 meters prior to the Seocheon-gu Seopo-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and that it would be discovered that police officers were sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million due to interference with the performance of official duties, etc.; and (b) began to escape immediately in the opposite direction.

When the patrol car driven by the Defendant was no longer able to stop the above car in front of the said car, the Defendant set the said car on the front road of the steering church located in the Seocheon-si, 21:00 on the same day. The Defendant started the said car with the driver’s seat, which was likely to cause the second accident, to put the car in front of the said car and turn off the car in front of the said car, and suffered approximately 15 meters of the above car while driving the car in front of the right side for about 14 days.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a vehicle, which is a dangerous object, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the control of crimes and the maintenance of order, and thereby, caused the injury of police officers.

2. On October 27, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from around 4 km to the front of the KOcheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with no driver’s license from around 21:00 to around the KO-si, which is located in the Pacheon-si, Seog-do in the same Dondo.
