A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is engaged in the business of forging private documents and the sale and purchase of real estate;

The purpose of this study is to identify D's damage, and in fact, the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul E apartment No. 303, which is actually operated by Defendant mixedly, the F's ownership transfer registration in the future.

(1) On June 28, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stated the person to be delegated with the certificate of personal seal impression by using a folding clock, resident registration number, G; (b) the delegating person; (c) the delegating person; and (d) stamped prior to the custody of D’s name and affixed a seal on the certificate of personal seal impression at the 3-dong community service center of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation of personal seal impression in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

(2) On August 25, 2010, the Defendant, at a certified judicial scrivener's office located in the third floor of the I building in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, had the said J, who is aware of the fact, prepare a real estate sales contract stating "E apartment, building number: No. 303," "D, etc. in the real estate indication column by using a computer," and the seller's name, "No. 200,000,000," "No. 200,000,000," "No. 30,000,000,000,000," "No. 6-102, in the seller's address column," and marked D's name and seal "H" in the seller's resident registration number column.

In this way, for the purpose of exercising rights and duties, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate sales contract in the name of D, which is a private document concerning rights and duties.

(3) On October 2010, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and 302, via a computer, provided goods, “Seoul E 3rd E 303 owner M,” and “FB Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd.” of creditors.
