A From September 10, 2014 to September 25, 2014, a person who leases Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, 305, and 416 to operate a commercial sex trafficking business establishment of "G" with employment of women engaged in sexual traffic under the condition that 60,000 won per customer would be 10,000 won out of the price per customer.

1. Defendants A and B provided the above “G” from September 12, 2014 to September 25, 2014; Defendant A took charge of the overall operation as the operator; Defendant B, as the head of the office, took charge of business practice, provided publicity of the said “G” business site on the Internet advertisement site; provided, Defendant B provided guidance to male descendants using telephone or Kakakaooo mooooo mssens to a room waiting for female customers, and provided the said F, etc., with a similar act in the above room, by taking account of the circumstances by taking account of the fact that the male descendants are waiting for female customers, e.g., having them receive 100,000 won of the price from customers and leading them to the e.g., taking the sexual organ of customers.

As a result, Defendant A and Defendant B conspiredd to arrange commercial sex acts.

2. On September 19, 2014, from around 16:00 to around 17:00, Defendant C reported the advertisement of the said “G” business operated by A at the request of A, and provided guidance to a room (305) in which the male grandchildren are waiting for sexual traffic women to engage in sexual traffic. In addition, Defendant C had a female sexual traffic engage in a similar sexual traffic by giving up 100,000 won in return for the price from customers and neglecting the sexual organ of the customer by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant aided and abetted the arrangement of sexual traffic in A and B.
