1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) The defendant, May 23, 2002, is the Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Tsung Card").

(1) On July 12, 2002, the EL branch card company (hereinafter “EL branch card”) and the EL branch card company (hereinafter “EL branch card”).

(2) On August 26, 2002, Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "on-site card")

(2) The Defendant, from March 31, 2003 to March 26, 2003, did not pay the credit card use fee for Samsung Card from May 5, 2003, while paying the use fee from its own Nong Bank account (Account Number B) pursuant to the above credit card membership agreement.
