On June 19, 2014, around 02:50, the Defendant driven a B B B 200 vehicle with blood alcohol concentration of about 10 kilometers from around the white hospital located in the port of Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the port of the Yellow-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the port of the Yellow-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
