A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 423"

1. Larceny;

A. On June 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a gallon car in front of the E parking lot located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened a gallon car parked by the victim C in the front of the said car; and (c) removed the inside of the said car; and (d) took a theft of S2 cell phone in white gallon which is equivalent to KRW 900,000,000

B. At around 14:30 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a twitter car parked in front of the victim F’s studio G room in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) followed the inside of the said cargo vehicle; and (c) cut off the victim’s cell phone and the market price equivalent to KRW 20,000,000,000,000.

C. At around 16:30 on August 26, 2013, the victim H, the Defendant: (a) stolen a mobile phone in Samsung Ggallon equivalent to KRW 900,000,00,000 at the victim’s market price owned by the victim, where the victim H was placed on the victim’s seat in the parking lot of the building of the building of Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

The Defendant, on September 2013, stolen the Defendant’s name, who was placed in the front door of the house located in Ulsan-gu New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, with no correction at the bed area, on the other hand, on which the market price of the victim’s ownership could not be known.

2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. Around August 27, 2013, the victim J acquired gallon 2 in an amount equivalent to one million won at the market price where the victim J lost from the department store behind the department store.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

B. On September 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of the M High School L in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) on September 19, 2013, the victim K lost the victim K from the library toilets of the U.S. universities located in N in the Gu, Si, Seosi-si on the first half of the year 2013, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 880,00.
