Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 8178"
1. On September 19, 2016, the Defendant discovered 520,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in a yellow garbage bag located in the Nowon-gu Busan, Busan, on September 19, 2016, in a development office for human resources without a trade name in Busan, Busan, on or around September 23:30, 201, when drinking with the victim C and diving to the human resources development office with the victim C, and in a sprinking inside the above office.
On September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of September 30, 2016, on September 30, 2016, at the street store located in the Dong-gu, Busan around September 01:46, 2016, the Defendant: (b) took a theft of KRW 181,00 in cash, 55,00 in the department store store gift certificates; and (c) one in the victim’s test color, one in which the total market price is 236,000 won, such as the Plaintiff’s driver’s license certificate, was removed from the street store located in the front of the Dong-gu, Busan; and (d) the victim G completed funeral and divided talks with neighboring commercial merchants.

On August 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, intrusion on a structure at night, and intrusion on a structure at the time; (b) came to the “J” operated by the victim I on the second floor of the HH market in Jung-gu, Busan on August 29, 2016; and (c) invaded the said frequency by using the cresh in which the said victim was divingd; and (d) inflicted a theft of KRW 100,000 and KRW 64,000 in cash in that place (around 700,000 in foreign currency).
In addition, from around that time to around October 2016, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 5 million in total by following the following methods: (a) by intrusion on another’s structure through the foregoing method, such as the list of crimes, and by theft of the property of a brue, under the influence of alcohol; and (b) by theft of the property of a brue under the influence of alcohol.
2. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant acquired cash worth 70,000 won and 2 credit card cards in front of the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, as the center of Busan-gu, and around October 13, 2016.
