A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (b) entered a house located in the third floor of the building B B in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and the third floor; (c) stolen the object and stolen it; and (d) destroyed the hacks that were installed in front of the entrance of the house in his/her hand.
