Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2012, the Defendant is an architect who conducts a building permit investigation and inspection at the office Kimhae-si B, and submitted a construction permit investigation and inspection report prepared to the effect that there was no part of the building in violation of the construction permit investigation and inspection report prepared by Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and the owner of the building located in 2401, as Kimhae-si, in relation to the application for the permission for the second construction, large-scale repair, and alteration of the use of the second building, the Defendant reported the above factory to the Mayor in writing.
