Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a BRati car.

On June 27, 2016, at around 01:43, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.109% of blood alcohol level 0.10%, and the distance of death in front of the Si-si C and D Industries was under the influence of the Defendant’s apartment protection from the site of the apartment of the Si-si and D Industries.

At that time, there was a signal apparatus installed at the intersection, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the signal apparatus's instruction and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent by entering the yellow signal at the intersection, and the Defendant got off the front part of the Victim E(the 42-year-old driver) driving, which was driven by red signal from the right side of the blue intersection to the right side of the said car, following the lower part of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the victim E, such as acute climatic salt in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim G (53 years of age) who was on the stoscar car, such as base base and tension in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of age, and injury to the victim H(23 years of age), I(n), and I(22 years of age) who was on the stos car, to whom there was no head open in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of age.

2. Around 01:43 on June 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the said B LV car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.109% from the 1km section of approximately 1 km to the same city C and D street from the Taepo-dong, Taepo-dong, Cheongcheon-si.
