Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a three-dimensional vehicle.

Around 15:50 on February 18, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, and driven the said car at a non-speed rate depending on the three-lane road front of the former Samsung Electronic Service Center, which is in the Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si.

At that time, the defendant attempted to turn to the left at a non-protective zone, so the defendant engaged in driving service had a duty of care to thoroughly turn to the left while the signal apparatus is a green signal and to prevent the accident by making a left turn to the left.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not thoroughly see the front left left and right-hand si, and did not go straight on the opposite side, and was due to the occupational negligence of which the vehicle is proceeding on the opposite side, and the part of the front of the victim E (the age of 45) driving, which was proceeding on the right-hand intersection from the downstream side to the right-hand intersection, was brought to the rear wheels of the Defendant’s driving car.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, injury to the victim E, such as brain salvy in detail as being in need of treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim G (V, 39 years of age) who was on a taxi, such as dynasium, tension, etc. of a shoulder so as to require medical treatment for about three weeks, and injury to the victim H (V, 16 years of age) of the same passenger, such as dynasium, tension, etc., for about two weeks.
