Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been feled with a female on April 2013, as a former pet of the victim B (V, 26 years of age).

1. Intimidation;

A. On April 28, 2013, at around 14:59, the Defendant re-convened with the victim in the vicinity of the Newdong in Gwangju Mine-gu and then re-convened with the victim.

However, he/she does not refuse to do so.

2. On April 28, 2013, around 18:50, the Defendant found the victim’s residence in Gwangjubuk-gu E-gu 103, which is the victim’s residence. 3. The Defendant who has sustained damage to property: (a) thrown five and three instant cups in the body of the victim; (b) thrown hens' eggs on the wall; and (c) thrown eggs on the wall; and (d) continuously damaged the wall by tearing it into the scirical scoo, and then damaging the market value in the market value owned by the victim.
