1. Defendant A, B, and C’s co-principal entertainment room, and Defendant A, B, and C conspired to provide customers with game products different from the classified contents, while operating the illegal entertainment room.

Accordingly, on April 18, 2014, Defendant A and B entered the “H Gameland” on the 2nd floor of Daegu-gu G2, Daegu-gu, and obtained at least 5,000 points in the 3-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-

As a result, Defendant A, B, and C provided game products with contents different from the classified contents for customers.

2. Defendant B and C’s co-principal conduct, Defendant B and C operated I and B’s Buddhist money exchange and illegal gambling entertainment rooms, and solicited customers to exchange points they acquired.

Accordingly, from the end of April 2014 to the beginning of May 2014, Defendant B and I set up 40 game flags of “Sphalass” in the “H Gameland” under the above paragraph (1) and provided employees to many and unspecified customers, and Defendant C entered the points on the side to enable customers to exchange the points obtained by using the said game products through an unreceptic exchange, and exchanged the points on the unreceptic exchange on the basis of an amount calculated by multiplying the points obtained by the customers by 100 won per point.
