Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

3. On April 17, 2020, the Defendant concealed plastic bags containing approximately 0.18g of philophones in the middle room of the said second floor.

Therefore, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he was possessed by keeping psychotropic drugs.

To the extent that it does not infringe the defendant's right of defense, this part of the facts charged is corrected ex officio.
