A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant recommended the Defendant to pay the taxi fee and return home to the Defendant, while the Defendant, a police officer belonging to the said district group, who received a visit report that the Defendant did not pay the taxi fee in the use of the taxi in D operation, at the home-based Seoul Special Metropolitan City C District Office, located in B around 04:40 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant recommended the Defendant to pay the taxi fee and return home to the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant’s “I” to the Victim F while hearing many citizens, such as D and G;

“Abruting the Defendant, Ha and Ha, who continued to do so, recommended the Defendant to return home, they exceeded the locked, set off the locked to the right side of the H twice, cut the locked of the above H twice, and assaulted the chest part of the Ha’s chest with both hand.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insulting the victim F, and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of crimes of H and I who are police officials.
