A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2013, the Defendant operated a DNA farm located in the Gu and America City from around March 2013, and raised salt, cattle, and dog at that place.

Any person shall slaughter and treat livestock, collect livestock, and process, pack and store livestock products at each place of work, with permission from the competent Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, other than the workplace permitted on April 29, 2014, slaughtered and disposed of approximately 150 mars in the instant farm from March 2013 to June 2015, including the slaughter and treatment of 150 mars by using knife and scarf, etc. in the instant D farm.
