1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won;

2. Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C in the Heak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

Any person who intends to operate slaughter business, milk collection business, or livestock processing business shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor for each place of business, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister, and the slaughter and treatment of livestock, milk collection, and processing, packaging, and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at a place of business licensed.

In addition, a person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with the facilities as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister and shall report to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, from August 1, 2015 to January 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened illegal slaughterhouse facilities equipped with knife, scarb, scarb, and scambling scoos in the above C; (b) slaughtered 25 ma a day average; and (c) sold 14,000 - 15,000 won per 1stma to the customers who found the place; and (d) sold the chickens slaughtered at KRW 10 million per month during the above period; and (e) sold 50,000 won to the customers who found the place.
