1. The Defendant’s KRW 193,892,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from October 1, 2015 to February 9, 2017.

Reasons

1. Facts under the basis of facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in Gap evidence 1 to 15 (including branch numbers if there are branch numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) and Eul evidence 1, together with the whole purport of the pleadings. A.

1) On July 28, 2010, the Plaintiff received a contract from the Defendant for the construction period of construction of the construction of the Yeongdeungpo Nuclear Headquarters substitution Site on the land outside of 1373-1, Hongnam-gun, Hongnam-gun, Hongnam-gun, with the construction period of construction from August 2, 2010 to November 13, 2013 (including value-added tax).
