A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the labor association in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and was a member of the labor association of a pastor who was an organization of a pastor.

1. On March 2010, the Defendant: (a) committed early March 2010, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts, by openly pointing out the following: (b) the victim I, who was the president of the Dono Conference, while boarding and leaving a motor vehicle to go to the Hamna Conference, which was a pastor of the Dono Conference, with E and F, who was a member of the Dono Conference; and (c) stating that “I wood is the Hamna relationship with J Jeondo; hereinafter the same shall apply).”

2. Around August 23, 2011, the Defendant: (a) expressed that, around August 23, 2011, the Defendant had engaged in the instant Dooman training conference held in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out the facts that “I am dead when he was married for the marriage of M's house; and (c) later, I am dead together with Nr., because I am dead after the marriage of M's house; and (d) I am covered with Nr.’s house at the mother.”

3. Around September 19, 2011, the Defendant committed the crime, on or around September 19, 2011, thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out the fact that “A wood and J Jeon-do relationship was established with N's house, and there was evidence that N's home was no longer a problem with N's house.”
