Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From June 15, 2012 to June 30, 2012, the Defendant established 30 games of “Yamato” type, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board, and had many unspecified customers suffering from the said games input cash in the said game machine and play games, and exchanged the remaining amount after deducting a fee of 10% per point 5,000 won from the points obtained in the game.

B. From July 13, 2012 to July 25, 2012, the Defendant established 30 games of “Yamato” type, which did not receive a rating from the Game Rating Board, and had many and unspecified customers who found the same put cash into the said game machine and play the game, and paid the remaining amount after deducting a fee of 10% per point 5,000 won from the points obtained in the game.

As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified for use, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products.

2. Defendant B, from July 20, 2012 to July 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) worked as an employee in the cartoon rooms operated by A from July 20, 2012 to July 25, 2012; and (b) made it easy for Defendant B to commit the crime by using the method of filling and filling free gifts from customers who found the same place.

As a result, the defendant aided and abetted the violation of the A Game Industry Promotion Act.
