A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 4. 13. 14:20경부터 같은 날 15:00경까지 사이에 서울 종로구 C시장에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 빈대떡 상점에서, 술에 취한 상태로 아무런 이유 없이 "씨발 좆같네"라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하면서 막걸리 사발을 흔들어 뿌리고, 식탁을 발로 3~4회 차서 음식을 엎고, 악을 쓰면서 땅바닥에 뒹굴어 그곳에 있던 손님들이 정상적으로 식사를 할 수 없게 함으로써 약 30여 분간 위력으로 피해자의 식당영업 업무를 방해하였다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials.
