Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2012, around 21:15, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at 7-8 times in drinking, on the ground that the victim C (son and 52 years of age) did not pay the remainder of the signboard price, and on the ground that he did not pay the remainder of the signboard price, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “on the way forward the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.”
