Defendant D, F, G, and H Co., Ltd. jointly KRW 30,040,162 to Plaintiff A, KRW 7,958,350 to Plaintiff B, and KRW 5.0 to Plaintiff C.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 17, 2017, Defendant H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant H”) entered into a contract with the council of occupants’ representatives of the IG apartment located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to replace the gas-using facilities of the said apartment with LNG facilities (hereinafter “instant construction”). Around that time, Defendant F subcontracted Defendant F with the construction work of replacing measuring instruments during the said construction (hereinafter “instant work”).
B. Defendant E is an internal director who is the representative of Defendant H, and Defendant G is the field agent of the instant construction as an employee of Defendant H, and Defendant D is employed by Defendant F and actually performed the instant work.
Plaintiff
A is the owner of the above apartment Jho Lake (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”), and the plaintiff B is his wife, and the plaintiff C is his minor son.
C. At around 15:00 on October 21, 2017, Defendant D, without carrying a gun, etc. for “Bable” in the instant apartment, did not take such measures as: (a) remove a gas measuring instrument for the purpose of gas leakage; (b) connect the gas pipe with the gas pipe; and (c) maintain air secrets, such as installing rubber fastening to prevent gas leakage in the gas pipeline connected part; and (c) maintain the “bluor test” to confirm gas leakage after the replacement of measuring instruments; and (d) thereby, gas leakage occurred due to defects between the connection pipe and the gas measuring instrument; (b) the gas accumulated from around October 22, 2017 to around October 06:30, 2017.

Due to the instant accident, Plaintiff B, C, who was in the inside of the instant apartment, suffered from injury, such as external stress disorder, acute anxiety disorder, etc., and Plaintiff A’s ownership of the instant apartment, damaged the inside facilities and household tools of the instant apartment.
