A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who resides in the upper house of the victim C (the age of 82), and the victim requested several times for water leakage construction and compensation to the defendant in relation to water leakages generated from the victim's house, while carrying dangerous objects, and had the victim's residence in the victim's residence, so that the defendant would inflict bodily harm on the victim's body.

1. The Defendant damaged property by destroying the victim C’s property by assaulting the victim C at the same time, at a place as the above paragraph 1, such as paragraph 1 of the same Article, and by destroying the victim C’s co-ownership, such as a fluoring with a fluor, and a fluoring with a 1,450,00 won or more at the market price, such as a flus
