피고인은 2015. 8. 31. 07:50 경 강원 홍천군 D에 있는 E 골프장 레이크 코스 3번 홀에서 피고인의 골프경기를 보조하는 캐디인 피해자 F( 여, 25세) 의 어깨에 손을 올려 어깨동무를 하고, 손으로 등 부위를 쓰다듬고, 겨드랑이 안쪽으로 손을 넣어 피해자의 가슴을 2~3 회 만지고, 티 샷 후 다시 한 번 피해자의 등 부위를 쓸어내리며 엉덩이 부위를 만지고, 계속하여 08:20 경 같은 코스 5번 홀에서 오른손으로 피해자의 어깨에 손을 올려 어깨동무를 하고 손으로 등을 쓰다듬고 겨드랑이 안쪽으로 손을 넣어 피해자의 가슴을 2~3 회 만지고, 같은 날 11:00 경 위 골프장 E 코스 7번 홀에서 카트를 운전하는 피해자의 옆 좌석에 앉아 이동하던 중, 카트를 운전 중인 피해자의 오른쪽 허벅지 윗부분을 왼쪽 손바닥으로 2회 가량 내리치듯 만졌다.
