Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on March 13, 2013, the Defendant neglected his/her duty of care to prevent forest fires from spreading in the presence of a public official, such as reporting to the competent authority and leaving the trees, etc. on a tree, etc. outside of the area, and destroyed approximately 1,036 square meters of the forest land owned by the said other person, which was the damage amounting to 1,232,40 square meters.
