A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 09:00 on March 9, 2013, the Defendant laid a fire in order to take the boom of a tombstone in Go Chang-gun, Go Chang-gun, North Korea.

At the time of strong wind, trees and grasss were located in the vicinity of a strong wind, so in such a case, the defendant has a duty of care to prevent forest fire from being destroyed by fire.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused public danger by setting fire to the large tree field in D, and the tidal dry field in E, which is located in E, by neglecting it.

2. The Defendant violated the Forest Protection Act caused a fire, such as the date, time, place, and time, as described in paragraph (1), by negligence as described in paragraph (1), and accordingly, caused a danger to the public by burning the said large tree field and sea dry field to approximately 150 meters away from 150 meters, and 62 square meters away from 15.69 square meters.
