A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving freight B.

On June 8, 2014, at around 13:25, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol with 0.138% of alcohol content, and led the Defendant to turn to the left at the seat of the office of Eup/Myeon from the old terminal.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering right and the steering system of the vehicle and by accurately manipulating the steering system.
