Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 27, 201, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 23:10 on September 27, 201, driven a B mountain-pon car over a section of about 500 meters in front of the restaurant located in the south-west Eup in the west-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the front day of the ice laundry Station located in the same Eup/Myeon Ri.
2. On September 27, 201, the Defendant operated the said car on September 22:57, 201, and had a duty of care to take part in the office of Taean-an Eup/Myeon, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, to take part in the office of Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, the left and left well, and to prevent accidents by accurately manipulatinging the steering direction and brakes.
Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to operate the steering gear in an inaccurate manner, thereby causing the victim’s back portion of the Dunst Cargo Vehicle C, which is parked in the right-hand parking lot of the running direction, to be the front side of the said Bunst Cargo Vehicle and damaged the repair cost of KRW 276,800.
