A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, by a fine of KRW 2 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who wishes to be a candidate for the president of the FF association in the first election of the head of the Dong-dong Cooperative on March 11, 2015 implemented on March 11, 2015; Defendant B is a F member who is a member of the G community in the High interest-gun, such as Defendant A; and Defendant C is a F member.

1. As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer money to the elector for election campaign.

2. Around February 14, 2015, Defendant C issued an envelope containing KRW 100,000,00 in cash to the saidJ, stating, “A Do, A Do, A Do, and I Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Y.” before the saidJ’s house located in Goung-gun K.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the elector for election campaign.
