Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person of "2014 Highest 2441" shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.
1. A around April 5, 2011, Defendant A agreed to register the ownership transfer under C’s name with respect to each of the above real estate between the Defendant and C, who was the actual owner who was the Defendant’s employee at the time, and was the actual owner of the 300 Incheon Reinforcement-gun F and G forest awarded a successful bid.
Accordingly, the Defendant registered the real right to each of the above real estate in the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.
2. The Defendant C agreed to transfer the ownership of each of the above real estate under the name of the Defendant and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant at the same time and place as the entries in the preceding paragraphs.
Accordingly, the Defendant registered the real right to each of the above real estate in the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.
Defendant A is a person who engages in loan brokerage business in the name of "I" in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building 502.

A from March 11, 2004, from the victim JJ directors K received the funds of the victim company from the victim JJ directors, and has been engaged in loan brokerage work that lends them to others.

A around December 24, 2012, at the victim's office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L and fourth 405, K received 60 million won as a loan to debtor M and kept in custody for the victim's company, and then embezzled it by arbitrarily consuming it as a monthly wage for employees and operating expenses of the company around that time.
