Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,00,000, and Defendant C and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person may register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B used 8 land and buildings (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on the list of crimes that Defendant A purchased and registered in the name of Defendant B, and conducted with C and D, using the total of 88 land and buildings (hereinafter “instant real estate”). C and D are responsible for raising investment funds, promotional activities, and government subsidies, and agreed to register the instant real estate in C and D name in order to ensure the investor’s awareness and smooth performance of business affairs. On October 24, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer was made to C and D in the form of the instant real estate. On September 24, 2008, 153, the registration office of the Sincheon-gun District Court located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Sejong-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Kim Chang-gun, Seoul, and 1/2 shares were transferred to C and D for sale on September 12, 2008.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to register the real right to real estate in the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

2. On October 24, 2008, Defendants C and D completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of each of the Defendants on the grounds of sale on September 12, 2008, notwithstanding the fact that they had not purchased the real property as stated in paragraph (1) and the real property of this case at the Bupyeong-gu Branch of the Chuncheon District Court located in 153, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Kim Chang-gun.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to register the real right to real estate in the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.
