A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not have entered into a delegation contract with a patent firm in fact while promoting an international patent application for an automatic water supply patent held by the victim in D Co., Ltd. operated by the victim C, the Defendant had expressed a forged delegation contract in the name of the patent firm and expressed it to the victim as if the delegation contract can be concluded and received money from the victims by means of receiving money from the victims, etc.

1. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents without authority for the purpose of exercising them at the office of the D Co., Ltd. located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, D Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant accepted C’s patent application-related affairs by concluding a delegation contract with a patent firmF to deal with intellectual property rights cases.

“Along with the terms and conditions of the delegation agreement, “B” forged 10 copies of the delegation agreement in the name of “B” and then forged 10 copies of the private document concerning rights and obligations over a total of 10 times from November 30, 2016, by means of printing the image of the patent firm F’s image of the patent firm F, entered next to the agreement, including forging one copy of the delegation agreement in the name of “B”, by means of printing out the image of the patent firm F’s image.

2. On November 12, 2015, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around November 12, 2015, exercised a forged private document 10 times in total, including the use of forged private document by presenting one copy of the delegation contract in the name of patent firm F, patent firm, as described in paragraph (1), to C as if it was actually constituted, from the time on which he/she presented it to C as if it was actually constituted.

3. The Defendant, at the place described in paragraph 1 around November 12, 2015, shows a delegation agreement with the victim C, as described in paragraph 1, around November 11, 2015, with the patent firm F, a forged patent firm, and, at the same time, “the automatic water supply portion” is China, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
