A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. While the Defendant had operated an international marriage brokerage office in the name of “D,” the Defendant was willing to forge the private document and submit the document to the competent authority, as if the deposit money of the office being used by the defective Defendant would be 100 million won or more by strengthening the requirements for the registration of the international marriage brokerage business.

2. Violation of the Act on the Management of Marriage Brokerage Business.

(a) A person who intends to operate an international marriage brokerage business for illegal registration shall file for registration with the head of the competent Gu after meeting the capital requirements, insurance proceeds, brokerage offices, etc., and shall not file for registration by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, on September 2, 2013, the Defendant submitted an application for change of the international marriage brokerage business to the North Korean Office of Gwangju, and submitted an application for change of the international marriage brokerage business, and applied for change of the international marriage brokerage business by unlawful means.

B. An international marriage broker who has not provided personal information shall obtain personal information from a user who entered into a contract and the other party to a marriage brokerage, including marriage experience, health status, occupation, and criminal experience, respectively.
