1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. From November 13, 2008, the Plaintiff was engaged in active duty service as a field player belonging to the professional axis team. On November 13, 2008, the Plaintiff was determined as Grade III as a result of a draft physical examination, and was subject to military service disposition for active duty service, and as a result of a follow-up draft physical examination on November 29, 2013, the Plaintiff was determined as Grade III and was subject to military service disposition for active duty service.
B. On November 4, 2016, the Plaintiff applied for a change in a military service disposition to the Defendant on November 18, 2016, and rendered a military service disposition to the Plaintiff on November 18, 2016, on the ground that the Plaintiff falls under the “sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sule sul
C. On March 19, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) obtained a judgment of physical grade 4 on the ground that (i) the Defendant applied for a change in a military service disposition on the ground of the right knee’s pere pere pere pere pere pere pere pere pere; (ii) the right knee pere pere per the same day falls under the “Do” under attached Table 3 of Article 11(1) [Attachment 3] of the Inspection Rules, such as the Military Service Ruling (amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of National Defense No. 968, Sept. 17, 2018; hereinafter “instant Rules”); and (iii) accordingly, on March 19, 2018, the Defendant rendered a military service disposition subject to call-up to social work personnel service (hereinafter “instant military service disposition”).
On March 19, 2018, the Defendant issued a notice of convening military education to social work personnel to comply with a call to the Army Training Center on April 26, 2018 (hereinafter “instant muster”).
