Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon District Court's branch on May 11, 2012, and on September 6, 2012, the Seoul East District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Seoul East District Court's Seoul East District Court on September 6, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 14, 2012, the sentence of the said suspension was invalidated, and the execution of the final sentence was completed on December 16, 2013.

At around 08:30 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant ordered food as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with food from the victim, on the ground that the victim D, working for the Government-Si of Gyeonggi-do as an employee, and that the fact did not have a certain amount of income, and that he did not have any wall, card, cash, etc. at the time.

The Defendant was provided with meals equivalent to KRW 13,100,00 in total, including 2-person 5,600, 6,000, and 1,500,000.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property benefits equivalent to 13,100 won.

The defendant of the Daejeon District Court on May 11, 2012, "2016 Highest 3628" is sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for four months for fraud.
