Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:40 on March 9, 2014, Defendant A assaulted the victim’s face on the ground that the “Fel” of the victim E (the 56-year-old age) operated by the victim E (hereinafter “Fel”) was feling with the two-story of “Fel”, he was able to take care of the victim, while taking a bath, and assaulted the victim’s face.

2. At around 03:10 on March 9, 2014, the Defendants’ co-principaled the Defendants: (a) confirmed the facts of damage inflicted upon the Defendant A; (b) attempted to verify the victim’s personal information, etc. to confirm the victim’s face; and (c) Defendant A sent drinking water used by the victim under the victim’s bath to arrest the Defendant A as a flagrant offender for the obstruction of performance of official duties; and (d) Defendant A sent the victim’s face one time by drinking the victim’s face to the victim’s face; and (c) Defendant B got off the victim’s right shouldered by shouldering the victim’s right shoulder.

As a result, the Defendants interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time, the Defendants put up an internal face-to-face care, check, etc. to the victims for two weeks of medical treatment.
