Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates “E” with 9 water rooms, 4 air rooms with bathing and bed, 1 air rooms, and CCTVs to avoid police control on the 6th floor of the Gyeyang-gu Incheon building.

No one shall arrange sexual traffic or provide a place for sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

Nevertheless, on August 30, 2012, the Defendant received 110,000 won in cash from F, a customer of the above business establishment, from the said business establishment, and provided three guidances on the price of sexual traffic, and then brought sex trafficking female G in the waiting room into the above room, and arranged sexual traffic from around June 13, 2012, as well as arranging sexual traffic.

8. By the end of 30.30, sexual traffic was arranged.

2. Defendant B is the owner of the building D in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On June 12, 2012, the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), leased the above six-story to A a deposit of KRW 30,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,200,000, while knowing that “E” in the sixth floor was provided for sexual traffic.
