Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) in Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 16, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 29, 2015, around 10:00 on June 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) accessed a rocketing vehicle owned by the victim C, which is parked in the studio parking lot located in the wife population D; (b) opened an unlocked driver’s seat and opened the vehicle into the vehicle, and driven the vehicle using the key to the vehicle located therein; and (c) opened the vehicle.

At around 12:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a bath room window at the home of the victim F in OOO; (b) opened a computer in the aggregate amounting to KRW 1,180,000 in the market price owned by the victim; (c) opened one computer, one monitor, one number of perfices, one room for travel, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

4. Around 10:00 on July 2, 2015, the Defendant discovered that there is a key to the flabbing mail in O, O, M, and opened a house of the victim H located in No. 201 as the key, and opened a house of the victim H with one 328,000 won in total at the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

5. A thief against the victim J L L L L is the L of the victim J, who was parked in a housing parking lot located in Sinsan-si at around 12:00 on the same day.
