1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,097,216 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 15, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

3. As of February 28, 2017, the final withdrawal date, the Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay from March 1, 2017, which is the following day. However, the damages for delay on unpaid wages under the Labor Standards Act shall be calculated from the day following the retirement date after 14 days from the date of retirement (Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act). As such, the Plaintiff’s damages for delay from March 15, 2017, which is 14 days from the date of the Plaintiff’s final withdrawal date, is recognized only as damages for delay from March 15, 2017, and the part of the Plaintiff’s claims for damages for delay from March 1, 2017 to March 14
